We believe getting started is half the battle. After you sign up, you’ll have the opportunity to sit down with a Learner Advocate to review course expectations, walk through the training process, and discuss your goals.
On-Call Assistance
Our support team is totally obsessed with your success, so if you have any questions or need some additional guidance, you can chat, text, email, or schedule a 20-minute call, and we’ll help you out.
Technical Support
If you’re looking for some backup on the technical end—logging in, managing course tools, or submitting content—we’ll always take time to talk you through the issue.
